General Laborer - Fabrication

About The Role Hamilton by Gunnebo is looking for a General Laborer for our fabrication department. Hamilton is looking for a direct hire on our 1st shift hours are 6:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday with periodic overtime. What You Will Do Perform tasks to company specifications and safety standards. Perform deburring operations to prep parts. Perform quality checks that may include inspecting for defects, measuring product, and verifying dimensions using calibrated instruments. Maintains and keeps work area clean and orderly following 6S. Communicating with the Production team on job progress / questions / concerns. Performs other related duties as assigned. Excellent Attendance required. Who we are looking for High school diploma or equivalent Experience with hand tools a plus. Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds. Most work performed standing at floor level.
