We are currently seeking dependable and motivated individuals for a General Labor - Machine Shop position to support daily manufacturing and shop operations. Position Summary The General Labor - Machine Shop employee supports machining, mold manufacturing, maintenance, and production operations throughout the facility. This role assists machinists, mold makers, maintenance personnel, and shop leadership with material handling, cleaning, organization, basic machine support, and other essential shop functions. Key Responsibilities Assist machinists and mold makers with daily shop activities Load, unload, and transport materials, tooling, and components Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the shop Operate basic hand tools and shop equipment safely Support machine setup and production preparation activities Deburr, clean, and prepare machined components Assist with preventive maintenance and facility upkeep Remove scrap materials and maintain waste containers Follow all OSHA, safety, and company procedures Wear required PPE and maintain safe work practices Support inventory movement and shop organization Assist with shipping, receiving, and staging materials when needed Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors or management Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing, warehouse, industrial, construction, or shop experience a plus Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work independently or on a team Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, bend, walk, and work throughout an active shift Forklift experience is a plus but not required Preferred Skills Experience using hand tools and measuring tools Familiarity with industrial or machine shop environments Basic understanding of shop safety procedures Ability to read basic work instructions and labels Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Life Insurance & AD&D Long-Term Disability Coverage Paid Vacation and Holidays Uniform Allowance Ongoing Safety Training Stable Manufacturing Environment Career Growth Opportunities Why Join Integrity Tennessee?
