Job Description:

We are currently hiring motivated and outgoing individuals to join our Retail Marketing Team inside Home Depot stores. In this role, you will engage with customers and conduct a quick 6-question water quality survey , helping homeowners learn more about their water while offering customer assistance. This is a people-focused role —ideal for individuals who enjoy starting conversations and working in a retail environment.

What You'll Do:

Approach and engage customers inside Home Depot Conduct a brief 6-question water survey Represent our company with professionalism and energy Work a consistent, fixed weekly schedule

Compensation & Schedule:

Hourly pay + uncapped commission 28 hours per week (fixed schedule) Weekly pay opportunities based on performance

Requirements:

Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people Strong communication skills Positive, outgoing attitude Reliable and punctual Ability to stand/walk for extended periods Must pass a national criminal background check
