Shift Pattern:

Varied

• AM PM Overnight, including weekends and holidays are required.

Pay Rate:

$28.46 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location. The ideal candidate for this position will possess: Up to 2 years minimum of hands on building maintenance, plumbing, and electrical experience required. 2 years guest facing customer service background. As a General Maintenance II, you would be specifically responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the facilities in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability to the highest standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following: Performing preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms or public spaces as required. Assist in preventative maintenance of engine room equipment. Perform minor repairs, simple plumbing, simple illumination. Replacing fixtures in guest rooms such as light bulbs, cabinets, doors, counters. Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, repair and conduct all required periodic and preventive maintenance on all engine room equipment to include, but not limited to, boilers, chillers, pumps, electric motors, water softeners, electric generators, electric generators, electric generators and hot water generators Perform other duties/projects assigned by management.
