We are seeking a General Manager to lead our team while upholding our core values and commitment to exceptional guest experiences.Responsibilities:
Leadership and Culture:

Ensure consistent, clear, and timely communication with employees, peers, managers, guests, and vendors.Policies and Procedures:
Understand, communicate, and enforce all company policies, procedures, standards, and training programs.Qualifications:
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.Experience:
5-7 years of relevant food, beverage, and/or service experience.Certifications:
Food Sanitation Certification and completion of a Leadership Development Program preferred. Sommelier certifications are a plus.Communication Skills:
Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language of the restaurant. Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential.Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead and inspire others while effectively managing team performance.Physical Requirements:
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Stamina to work 60 hours per week and regularly utilize stairs.What We Offer:
