Full-Time, On-Site Position Summary We are seeking a motivated, experienced, and hands-on General Manager to oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations at Blaze Brewing at Doles Orchard. The ideal candidate will take ownership of daily operations across food and beverage, events, and overall property activity—ensuring a high-quality guest experience while supporting the continued growth and development of the property. This role requires strong leadership, operational awareness, and the ability to manage a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities. Core Responsibilities 1. Operations Management Oversee daily food and beverage operations Ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards Monitor inventory, ordering, and product quality 2. Team Leadership and Development Hire, train, and manage staff across all service areas Create schedules and maintain appropriate staffing levels Set expectations for performance, accountability, and professionalism Foster a strong, team-driven work environment 3. Guest Experience and Service Ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience Address guest feedback and resolve issues as needed Maintain a welcoming, efficient, and well-run service environment 4. Events and Property Oversight Oversee all food and beverage activities on the property Support execution of weddings, private events, and public programming Assist with event coordination and operational logistics Contribute to the development and growth of event offerings 5. Business Development and Growth Support expansion of new revenue streams Assist in building systems for long-term operational success Contribute to brand development and overall property vision 6. Financial Management and Cost Control Monitor labor costs and ensure efficient scheduling Manage inventory levels and control food and beverage costs Support budgeting, revenue tracking, and overall financial performance 7. Compliance and Safety Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Maintain adherence to local, state, and company policies Promote a safe and clean working environment for staff and guests
Qualifications Experience:
Previous management experience in hospitality, food and beverage, or related field preferred
Leadership:
Strong leadership and team management skills
Operations:
Ability to manage multiple areas of a business simultaneously
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, be on your feet for long durations, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
Certifications :
Valid driver's license, Serve Safe, Tips Certificate or (willingness to obtain)
