About Us Springside Infusion is a growing ambulatory infusion company dedicated to delivering high-quality specialty infusion treatments in comfortable, convenient outpatient settings. We currently operate one clinic in Maryland and are expanding to four locations in 2026. Our model is built around an exceptional patient experience, clinical excellence, and operational efficiency. We are looking for a hands-on General Manager to lead us through our next stage of growth. The Opportunity As General Manager, you will be the operational leader responsible for the day-to-day performance and expansion of Springside Infusion in the Maryland market. You will oversee clinic operations, lead a growing team, manage P&L across sites, and serve as the primary point of accountability for patient experience, staff performance, and operational outcomes. This is a role for a proven healthcare operator who is energized by building. Essential Functions Clinic Operations Oversee daily operations across all Springside clinic locations, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality patient care Establish and maintain operational standards, workflows, and protocols across sites Manage patient throughput, scheduling efficiency, chair utilization, and referral intake processes Ensure compliance with applicable clinical, regulatory, and payer requirements Own site readiness for new clinic openings, coordinating across clinical, administrative, and facilities functions Financial Management Own P&L across all clinic locations, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management Monitor and report on key financial and operational KPIs, including margin per site, chair turnover, and prior authorization timelines Identify and act on opportunities to improve revenue cycle performance and operational cost efficiency Partner with leadership on financial planning as the clinic network grows Team and Region Leadership Recruit, onboard, and develop operations and clinic staff across clinical and administrative functions Build a culture of accountability, patient-centeredness, and continuous improvement Serve as the primary escalation point for staff and patient concerns across locations Partner with clinical leadership on staffing models, credentialing, and performance standards Engage with the Springside Board and Investors to inform and contribute to strategic planning on topics such as local and national partnership and growth Referral Development and Stakeholder Management Cultivate and maintain relationships with referring providers, specialists, and practice managers in the Maryland market Partner with the clinical team to ensure referring provider satisfaction and loyalty Represent Springside Infusion in the local healthcare community Qualifications 7+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with direct responsibility for clinic or site-level performance Demonstrated experience managing P&L in a multi-site or growth-stage healthcare environment Prior experience opening new clinic locations or standing up operational infrastructure Background in ambulatory, outpatient, or infusion services required Comfort and willingness to travel to and between clinic locations throughout Maryland as needed operationally and in order to drive team connection and cultureFamiliarity with prior authorization processes, payer contracting, and referral network dynamics Experience managing cross-functional teams including clinical and administrative staff Skills and Attributes Strong operational instincts with the ability to manage detail without losing sight of the bigger picture Clear, direct communicator with staff, providers, and leadership Comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of a growing company Patient-centered mindset with a genuine commitment to care quality Proficiency with EMR platforms and operational reporting tools Compensation Springside Infusion offers a competitive base salary commensurate with experience, comprehensive medical benefits, and performance-based bonus tied to operational and financial outcomes.
