Job Summary
PRIOR MANAGMENT EXPERIANCE A MUST
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager in Southern MN area to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food service industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and management skills. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and operational efficiency. The General Manager will be responsible for creating a positive work environment while driving profitability and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Manage staff recruitment, training, development, and performance evaluations to build a skilled and motivated team. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations to maintain a safe dining environment. Control inventory levels and manage ordering processes to minimize waste and optimize costs. Utilize POS systems for cash handling and transaction management. Develop budgets and financial plans to achieve profitability targets while maintaining high-quality service standards. Implement effective shift management practices to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork, communication, and employee engagement. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices. Experience with inventory control systems and cash handling procedures. Familiarity with fine dining, casual dining, quick service & fast food environments is preferred. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff through training & development initiatives. Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting and financial management. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
