The General Manager overseas daily operations, ensures great customer service, and drives sales and profitability while maintaining company standards.

Previous leadership/management experience preferred Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Key Responsibilities & Results Ensure every customer receives correct and complete orders within service time. Prepare and oversee the preparation of consistent, high-quality products, ensuring compliance with standards outlined in the Training Handbook. Maintain a clean, organized restaurant and professional team image in accordance with the Training Handbook and all local health and safety regulations. Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members to build a skilled and reliable workforce. Develop a productive team by providing clear direction, effective supervision, communication, delegation, and corrective action when necessary, while fostering a positive work environment that minimizes turnover. Ensure compliance with all government regulations and company policies, maintaining a safe, secure, and inclusive workplace free from harassment or discrimination. Accurately complete all administrative and operational paperwork associated with daily, weekly, and period-end reporting as directed by the Supervisor or Head of Operations. Manage labor scheduling, food ordering, and product projections accurately, and maintain equipment to ensure the restaurant opens and closes on time and can serve all customer orders. Oversee financial responsibilities with integrity, achieving cost control goals and ensuring accountability among team members. Execute shakerboarding, local store marketing initiatives, and in-store promotions effectively to drive increased sales and community engagement. Position Overview The General Manager is responsible for ensuring that the restaurant operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all applicable laws and company policies. The Assistant Manager receives guidance and training from the District Manager, including six-week Management Modules and other training materials. During each shift, the General Manager motivates, directs, and coaches team members to perform their duties proficiently at assigned stations, following up to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. The General Manager supervises all colleagues, including employees under 18 years of age, and ensures a safe, productive, and positive work environment. They are responsible for preparing the restaurant to meet customer needs and for ensuring every customer leaves satisfied with their service and product. This role also supports the District Manager by building sales and controlling costs through effective use of cost-control tools and processes. The Asst. Manager troubleshoots operational challenges and implements acceptable solutions to maintain smooth restaurant operations. Essential job functions, as defined by the District Manager, include fundamental activities performed daily or regularly that directly impact the success of the restaurant. The General Manager is expected to work approximately 40 hours per week. This position requires a hands-on management style and involves physical activity such as lifting, squatting, and standing for extended periods. Job Requirements To perform the functions outlined in this job description, the General Manager must demonstrate the following abilities: Lift and move items weighing up to 55 pounds safely. Reach and handle items from heights up to 6 feet and as low as 6 inches from the ground. Operate and utilize restaurant equipment correctly and safely, including but not limited to sheeter machines, VCM, sauce ladles, cheese cups, pan gripers, spatulas, pizza and dough cutters, knives, can openers, pastry brushes, scales, microwaves, telephones, and cash registers. Apply necessary pressure for cutting, preparing products, and cleaning equipment or utensils. Accurately count, separate, and weigh all types of food products and inventory items. Communicate effectively with customers and team members, including reading, speaking, listening, and writing. Understand and follow directions, instructions, and product specifications. Process and complete customer orders accurately and efficiently. Comprehend training materials and consistently apply standard operating procedures. Successfully complete required training programs and achieve certification. Utilize mathematical skills to compute sales totals, percentages, inventory usage, food orders, employee schedules, cash handling results, and projected business needs. Legally operate a motor vehicle while adhering to all state and local traffic laws. Supervise multiple team members simultaneously and motivate them to achieve goals, complete duties, and meet deadlines. Qualifications for Manager Applicants The ideal candidate for the General Manager position must meet the following requirements: Preferably at least 18 years of age. Demonstrated knowledge of local store marketing strategies, sales growth techniques, and a proven ability to manage and control costs effectively. Strong management, team-building, and communication skills. Ability to read, interpret, and analyze profit and loss statements. Dependable, hardworking, and capable of working a varied 50-hour workweek under pressure in fast-paced and stressful environments. Successful completion of Little Caesars-Rumit Pizza LLC background verification guidelines. Compliance with U.S. Department of Justice (INS Division) requirements by providing documentation proving eligibility to work in the United States.
