Key Responsibilities Lead by example and act as a role model Deliver excellent customer service Maintain company culture and standards Prepare and serve products Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and workplace safety Train, schedule, and develop team members Manage inventory and daily operations Support recruiting and marketing efforts Oversee store performance and P&L Work closely with the District Manager Conduct weekly team meetings Attend monthly GM meetings Qualifications Must be 18+ years old Minimum 1.5 years of management experience (food industry preferred) Strong leadership and coaching skills Ability to handle customer and employee concerns Energetic, confident, and team-oriented Basic computer skills Working Conditions Fast-paced, moderately loud environment Ability to stay focused while maintaining safety standards Physical Requirements Stand for extended periods Lift up to 30 lbs Climb a ladder if needed
