The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting drinks and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. We are hiring both servers and bartenders, but the ideal candidate can work in both roles as needed . We are looking for team members who have weekday, evening and/or weekend availability! Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries. Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to food handling guidelines to ensure safety and quality. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist with restocking as necessary. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Proficient in food handling practices and culinary techniques. Experience with cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere in a nightclub or restaurant setting. Basic math skills for accurate cash transactions and drink measurements. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques is preferred but not required; training may be provided.
