Not inside. Not a concession. A destination all its own. High energy atmosphere. Premium cocktails. Craveable food. A hidden speakeasy vibe designed to turn game nights, concerts, global events, and major activations into unforgettable experiences. The cocktail program is the work of a renowned cocktail guru behind some of Las Vegas' most iconic bar programs. Opening soon, we are searching for a powerhouse General Manager to help lead this flagship concept into launch and beyond. We are looking for someone polished, hospitality driven, community minded, and energized by building something special. Someone who commands a room with calm confidence, thrives in high volume energy, builds strong teams, protects culture, and somehow makes even the hardest nights feel exciting, collaborative, and rewarding for the people around them. This role is not just about operations. We want a leader who enjoys being part of the community, building local relationships, supporting neighborhood engagement, and helping establish Lounge 1888 as a respected and exciting presence within the area surrounding the Intuit Dome.

The ideal candidate has:

Strong high volume FOH leadership experience Exceptional guest relations and team leadership skills Experience managing labor, staffing, and financial performance A polished hospitality presence with high emotional intelligence The ability to lead calmly and decisively under pressure Strong operational systems and organizational skills A natural passion for hospitality, culture, and people

Compensation:

$95,000 to $115,000 annually based on experience This is a rare opportunity to help shape one of Southern California's most exciting new hospitality destinations.
