At Special Needs Network, you will support children with autism and developmental differences while building professional skills that can lead to clinical and leadership roles. We are currently seeking Spanish-speaking candidates , as many of the families we serve communicate primarily in Spanish. Your language skills will play a critical role in delivering effective, culturally responsive care and strengthening relationships with our community. What You Will Do Work one-on-one with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills Lead structured, play-based learning activities Support independence and positive behavior development Track data and celebrate progress with families No prior experience required. Career progression includes:

Entry-level Behavior Technician RBT certification (supported by SNN) BT Trainer Supervisor (while completing Master's program) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (starting salary $88,000) As a nonprofit organization, Special Needs Network qualifies under the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness program. Your years of employment count toward eligibility.

Job Details Pay:

$21 to $30 per hour (based on education and experience)

Schedule:

15 to 20 hours per week; afternoons Monday through Friday, occasional

Saturdays Training:

Paid 7-day training, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Travel:
