In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant management, ensuring exceptional customer service, efficient food production, and smooth daily operations. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver memorable dining experiences while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader passionate about the food industry and hospitality management to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision, to ensure seamless daily performance. Recruit, train, and develop team members through effective staff training and ongoing coaching to foster a motivated and skilled workforce. Oversee inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and ensure quality standards are met consistently. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to guarantee a safe environment for staff and guests. Manage POS systems for accurate cash handling, and order processing. Supervise shift management activities, including scheduling staff shifts, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring timely service during peak hours. Monitor budget performance, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining excellent customer service. Conduct interviews and participate in hiring decisions to build a talented team aligned with the restaurant's values. Foster a positive hospitality environment by promoting teamwork, excellent customer service, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience Proven management experience within the food service industry, preferably in quick service & fast food or casual dining settings. Extensive background in restaurant management with hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, kitchen management, and food handling. Demonstrated supervising experience with a focus on staff training & development in hospitality or culinary environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Otter. Strong knowledge of food safety standards, inventory control practices, budgeting, and food production processes. Experience working in fast pace fast food industry. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, manage multiple priorities efficiently, and uphold high standards of customer service.
