Customer Enrollment Manager

Providence Business Solutions is hiring a Customer Enrollment Manager in the Providence area to support customers enrolling in Verizon fiber internet and connectivity services. This Customer Enrollment Manager role focuses on real conversations with customers, helping them understand their options and complete service enrollments in a clear and simple way. This Customer Enrollment Manager is a full-time, in-person opportunity designed for individuals who want to build experience in sales, customer service, and telecommunications. Every Customer Enrollment Manager receives full training and support, so no prior industry experience is required. As a Customer Enrollment Manager , your day-to-day focus will include: Speaking with customers in person to explain Verizon internet and service options Helping customers choose plans that fit their household needs Guiding customers through enrollment and service setup Supporting basic account updates and changes as needed Maintaining accurate records of completed enrollments and customer interactions Supporting team sales goals through consistent customer engagement Providing a positive, professional customer experience from start to finish Working with teammates to improve overall sales performance Who Thrives in
