Position Overview:

We're looking for an energetic and motivated General Manager. The GM is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, developing team members, and driving store performance.

Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth service. Recruit, train, and lead team members to achieve performance goals. Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Monitor financial performance and participate in profit sharing through monthly bonus opportunities. Control inventory, labor costs, and other operational expenses. Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of management experience in food service or retail (pizza experience a plus!). Must be able to work a minimum of 45 hours per week , including nights and weekends. Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 50 lbs or more . Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
