Job Description

TeamHealth is seeking a quality-driven family nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our rural health clinic in Lenawee County, Michigan. This full-time opportunity (5 days per week) offers the stability of a consistent schedule, the autonomy of primary care practice, and the fulfillment that comes from serving a close-knit rural community. About the Role In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. You'll manage acute and chronic conditions, emphasize preventive care, and build trusted, long-term relationships with patients and families. You'll enjoy clinical autonomy within a collaborative care model, supported by TeamHealth's experienced clinical and operational leadership. Compensation is estimated salary range of $125,000
  • $131,000 annually with uncapped productivity-based earning potential.
