various jobs throughout the machine shop such as operating molding machines, braiding machines, bead blasting and running various machines such as CNCs or semi-automatic lathes, etc. The process for molding is to fill the stainless-steel mold with silicon material, put it into the heat press, when complete take the part out of the mold, clean the mold and repeat. The process for braiding is to feed tubes into a machine that has 24 spools of threads. You watch the machine to make sure the tube is not kinking, and the thread is not breaking. The process for bead blasting is to take a brazed assembly and put it inside a sheet metal enclosure where you put your hands through rubber gloves and use a foot pedal that actuates the air.
