Job Title:
General Production Worker- $22/hr Job Description The role of a Lang Stone Shop Laborer involves moving, storing, and organizing stone slabs, loading customer products, and maintaining the yard. This position requires working outdoors in varied conditions, assisting with the loading of heavy materials, and adhering strictly to safety protocols. Additionally, the laborer uses hand and power tools to cut and carve stones for exterior designs. Responsibilities Move, store, and organize stone slabs. Load customer products and maintain the yard. Assist with loading heavy materials. Adhere strictly to safety protocols. Use hand and power tools to cut and carve stones for exterior designs. Essential Skills General labor experience. Proficiency with hand tools. Experience in general production. Ability to work with cutting and carving tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of the stone industry is preferred but not required. CNC is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a small shop environment with some dust. The schedule is 45 - 50 hours a week, Monday to Friday, from 6 am to 2:30 pm, with flexibility to work after shifts as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
