$18.00/hour Work Environment Outpatient clinical setting with a busy practice. Position requires flexibility to support multiple locations with occasional short notice coverage. Schedule Full-time, 40 hours/weekMonday:

- Time Off / Leave (PTO, Vacation or Sick Leave) About the Role We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Patient Services Specialist to support front desk operations in a fast-paced outpatient setting. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong commitment to providing excellent patient care across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly with eye contact, a smile, and professionalism
- Assist new patients with paperwork and answer questions
- Perform patient registration and check-in/check-out
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain authorizations
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- Answer phones, check voicemails, schedule appointments, and follow up with patients
- Maintain accurate patient information and documentation in EMR systems
- Support daily closeout procedures and review patient charges Required Skills & Experience
- 1+ year of experience in medical front desk, general front desk, or customer service role
- Excellent customer service skills both in person and over the phone
- Strong multitasking ability in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency with computers and administrative systems
- Proven reliability and consistent attendance
- Reliable transportation (not accessible via public transit) Top Skills -

- Medical or healthcare front desk experience
- Healthcare call center experience

- The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
