Job Title:

General Production Worker Job Description This position offers an opportunity to contribute across multiple areas by wearing various hats. As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for palletizing finished forms, loading and unloading materials, and assisting machine operators. You may also need to operate a forklift or pallet jack. While most of the work is indoors, you should be comfortable working outside in the heat and performing physical tasks. The environment can be dusty and requires a willingness to get dirty. This is a seasonal role from March to November, with opportunities for continued employment. Responsibilities Assist in various areas including palletizing finished forms and loading/unloading. Operate forklifts or pallet jacks as required. Support machine operators with their tasks. Work indoors and occasionally outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ensure a safe and clean working environment. Essential Skills Experience in general labor and production roles. Ability to handle material using tools such as pallet jacks. Comfortable with physical and labor-intensive tasks. Willingness to work in dusty and dirty environments. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience operating forklifts, particularly in non-warehouse environments. Desire to move into a lead position. Prior experience in construction is advantageous. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
