General Service Technician

Duties Conduct routine vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks to keep vehicles in peak condition Perform mechanical repairs including brake work, alignments, and suspension servicing with precision and attention to detail Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to diagnose issues and complete repairs efficiently Assist with automotive diagnostics to identify mechanical problems accurately and recommend appropriate solutions Support vehicle inspections and maintenance schedules to ensure safety standards are met or exceeded Handle heavy lifting safely when moving or installing parts and equipment during service procedures Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the service process Requirements Previous dealership experience or automotive repair background preferred; hands-on mechanic experience is highly valued Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, mechanical systems, and vehicle maintenance practices Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Ability to perform oil changes, tire services, alignments, and other routine maintenance tasks Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills Customer service skills that foster positive interactions with clients and team members Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various positions for extended periods Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to learn new techniques and stay current on industry standards Embark on a rewarding career where your skills make a real difference!
