As a Gift Processor, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of financial contributions, including cash, physical and electronic checks, EFTs and card-not-present donations. You'll ensure that all gifts are properly recorded and directed to the appropriate accounts, while safeguarding sensitive donor information and maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality. You will play a pivotal role in supporting Bible translation efforts worldwide, fostering relationships with ministry partners and making them feel valued and appreciated. By upholding a culture of excellence and trust, you'll help Wycliffe's supporters understand the importance of their contributions, knowing their gifts are stewarded with care and professionalism. You'll partner with Finance leadership and other team members to: Champion accuracy, timeliness and integrity across financial processes, reporting and communication. Handle financial data and interactions with professionalism, discretion and care. Strengthen a collaborative, people-centered culture that values excellence and continuous improvement. Job Description Overview of Finance At Wycliffe USA, the Finance team plays a crucial role in advancing Bible translation by stewarding resources wisely and supporting our global workforce. Our work includes Corporate Accounting, Gift Processing, Member Finance, Foundation and Payroll — each team contributing uniquely to our shared mission through trusted financial services that enable ministry impact around the world. We take a relational approach to our work — grounded in integrity, diligence and a desire to serve well. With a focus on operational excellence and ongoing growth, we equip the organization to serve the global Church faithfully and sustainably. Responsibilities You'll make an impact as you: Faithfully and regularly pray for the ongoing work of Bible translation and for people from around the world to experience transformation. Act as an organizational representative presenting the global ministry of Wycliffe and encouraging interested individuals, organizations and churches to participate in the work of Bible translation. Work alongside the Associate Director of Gift Processing and other team members to: Support the Gift Administration team, ensuring timely, efficient and accurate execution of programs, processes, data integrity and operational tasks. Foster collaboration and cross-departmental relationships within Wycliffe USA to advance Bible translation efforts. Advocate for Wycliffe USA by promoting donor care excellence and a ministry-focused philosophy of engagement. Represent the Gift Administration team in meetings, projects, workshops, and partnership efforts, actively participating in departmental and corporate events as required. Collect, sort, and distribute incoming mail to ensure the timely processing of donations and correspondence. Verify and process cash, check, EFT, and credit card donations using receiving software and Chargent, ensuring accurate recording, secure deposits, and compliance with financial policies and regulations. Process soft credits, adjustments, and financial reconciliations, ensuring all gifts align with department KPIs and compliance standards. Utilize scanning technology to digitize essential documents while maintaining accuracy and completeness. Maintain accurate and up-to-date constituent contact information in Salesforce to ensure database integrity and effective donor engagement. Ensure all gift transactions comply with internal policies, financial regulations, PCI/NACHA procedures, and donor security standards, including securely shredding processed checks, coupons, and letters containing payment details. Perform other duties as assigned by the Associate Director or Senior Director of Gift Processing. Working knowledge of constituent relationship management (CRM) and gift processing software such as Salesforce and other verification software systems with the ability to partner in effective management of CRM platforms while remaining attentive and responsive to evolving industry trends. A high level of proficiency with spreadsheet creation and utilization. Education & Experience Associate degree, or equivalent education required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, nonprofit administration, or related field preferred. One to three years of experience in gift processing, data entry, finance, accounting, or nonprofit administration preferred. Nonprofit ministry experience and familiarity with donor services or charitable giving operations is beneficial.

16 / hr. The range for this position is based upon and considers Wycliffe's non-profit ministry environment. Actual pay rate may be higher based on various factors such as qualifications, skills and experience, required training, licensure and/or certifications, budget and allocation, if applicable.
