Job Description

Description Are you passionate about transforming the streaming TV advertising landscape? Do you want to help build an advertising business that will revolutionize how brands connect with Prime Video's global audience? Prime Video Advertising is one of Amazon's newest and fastest-growing businesses, offering advertisers unprecedented reach across premium content including Amazon Originals, Live Sports, and more. As the Global Business Operations Manager, your focus will be to proactively drive key initiatives across existing complex cross-functional programs, with a goal of delivering results. You will be accountable for owning and calibrating program strategy and for tactically driving teams inside and outside your organization to deliver. You define the program (mission, vision, tenets), set objectives, analyze data and drive quantified improvements with metrics. In this role, you will work with technical, business and creative stakeholders across global territories. You will develop and maintain processes and workflows, you will report on and influence product roadmaps and you will input into business planning. Key job responsibilities Leading cross-functional operational initiatives Managing business metrics and KPIs Process improvement and optimization Stakeholder management across technical and business teams Data analysis and reporting Project management for operational excellence initiatives Understanding of technical systems and processes Ability to work with engineering teams Process automation and tooling Technical project coordination Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of program or project management experience, or a MBA and 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • Experience collecting, analyzing, and utilizing data to drive process and system improvements
  • Technical background or strong technical aptitude
  • Experience with tooling and automation, including 3P integrations and configuration support
  • Strong communication and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of data visualization and reports tools experience
  • 3+ years experience in Advertising, Entertainment or Media

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
