Sunnyvale, CA; Onsite 5 days per week (shuttle service available)

  • Are you a meticulous design expert with a passion for bringing digital visions to life?
We are seeking highly skilled and flexible Production Designers to join a dedicated team working with a leading creative technology enterprise. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in translating creative concepts into flawless digital experiences. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to pixel-perfect execution will directly influence the quality and impact of high-visibility digital assets, ensuring a consistent and exceptional user experience across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with Visual Designers, Art Directors, and broader creative and production teams, making a tangible contribution to the success of diverse digital initiatives.
  • What You'll Do
  • Create and refine pixel-perfect digital design files in close partnership with visual design and art direction teams.
  • Clean up existing design files and expertly convert designs into adaptable templates for various viewport sizes.
  • Produce a high volume of digital assets, including banners, emails, and landing pages, maintaining a consistent pace with minimal oversight.
  • Ensure absolute precision in every design element, verifying correct pixel placement, asset linking, organized layers and groups, and accurate file naming conventions.
  • Confidently execute updates to existing designs, including glyphs, icons, copy, and image swaps, without requiring creative input.
  • Develop clear specification documentation to ensure seamless understanding of design intent across all collaborating teams.
  • Contribute to guiding your team in crafting distinctive and impactful client experiences through relevant concepts, innovative user experience principles, compelling art direction, and an authentic tone and voice.
  • What You'll Bring
  • Must-Have Qualifications:
  • Candidates must have previous experience as a designer working with one of the following companies: Amazon, Apple, Google, Meta, Cash App, or Walmart
  • Advanced proficiency in industry-standard digital design software.
  • A portfolio showcasing strong digital design work, specifically including examples of banners, emails, and landing pages optimized for various viewport sizes.
  • Proactive and clear communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and collaborate with large, diverse teams simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to established design systems and adapt to evolving requirements and technical specifications.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • Experience in building responsive web experiences or working with web development technologies.
