Golf Attendant

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Attendant to join our team, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. The Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, assisting with laundry and dry cleaning services, and delivering outstanding customer service. This role is vital in supporting the overall guest experience by ensuring that all facilities are clean, organized, and efficiently managed. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with their needs in a courteous and professional manner Perform cleaning duties across designated areas, including guest rooms, public spaces, and facilities Handle laundry and dry cleaning services efficiently, ensuring timely turnaround and quality standards Support guest check-in and check-out processes with accuracy in cash handling and cashiering tasks Maintain cleanliness of linens, towels, and other supplies to uphold hygiene standards Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies, linens, and laundry materials Respond promptly to guest requests or concerns to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues effectively Requirements Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments preferred Knowledge of laundry operations, dry cleaning procedures, and cleaning techniques Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and inventory management Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Attention to detail to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed This position offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to a positive guest experience through attentive service and meticulous attention to cleanliness.
