Job Description

We help the world run better At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging - but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed. What you'll build You will design, administer, and continuously improve a portfolio of high-touch HR services across global and local environments to deliver excellent employee experiences and ensure compliance. You'll be the expert responder for employee inquiries—handling onboarding, documentation, employment forms, and benefits administration—while maintaining and enhancing HR data quality across systems. You'll test, roll out, and optimize tools and processes, act as an escalation point for complex service issues, and translate consumer feedback into better solutions and knowledge documentation. Working closely with cross-functional HR teams and local stakeholders, you'll drive operational cycles, lead or contribute to global migrations and technology updates, and deliver measurable improvements in service quality, compliance, and cycle efficiency. What you bring Several years of progressive HR experience with advanced technical or business knowledge in HR services or an HR service center model. Strong hands-on experience with HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, benefits, documentation) and working knowledge of HRIS/data management and system testing. Very strong Excel skills, including advanced functions, pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis and validation, and the ability to manipulate large datasets for reporting and process improvement. Proven ability to deliver high-touch customer service, build stakeholder relationships, and act as a local advisor on policies and practices. Demonstrated project and change management skills—able to lead process simplification and global rollouts. Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to work independently on complex activities and mentor others. Comfortable working across global and local contexts, balancing employee experience with regulatory and operational requirements. Where you belong You'll join a collaborative, improvement-minded HR team that balances operational excellence with great employee experience. The role suits a pragmatic problem-solver who thrives in cross-functional settings, enjoys coaching and mentoring, and wants to shape HR services at scale. Bring out your best SAP innovations help more than four hundred thousand customers worldwide work together more efficiently and use business insight more effectively.
