About our property:

Moments away from the rest of the world, but a world away from it all, Stonewall Resort is a truly unique lakeside destination for vacations, meetings, weddings, reunions, and romantic getaways. Our rustic yet elegant Adirondack-style lodge and spectacular cottage collection is perched alongside quiet lake waters and the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, while surrounded by 1,900 picture-perfect, "Close to Nature" park acres. What you will have an opportunity to do: The Golf Cart Staff is responsible for professional guest interaction always adhering to our Benchmark Core Commitments. What are we looking for? Perform all duties in a professional manner and in accordance with company policies. Pick up range balls. Clean and care for golf carts Load golf bags into golf carts Set and clean driving range tee Flexibility to work a varied schedule due to business levels and industry demand, including evenings, weekends & holidays. Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Give clear and concise directions to various locations in the resort. Answer guest questions using excellent customer service skills. Must be well groomed, with nametag on at all times while working on the property. Must be well-mannered, display a helpful attitude at all times, greet guests when encountered, show appreciation to the guest for being at the resort, show willingness to help guests and employees at all times. Provide assistance in other job classifications as determined necessary by immediate superior.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Must be service oriented. Ability to interact well with others. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Computer, keyboard, printer, multi-line phone system, photocopier, golf carts, range ball picker, range ball washer, manual gas pump.
