Golf Cart Service Technician

Golf Cart Service Technician Primary Area:

Augusta, Evans, Martinez | Service Area Includes Harlem, Aiken, Thomson, Wrens, Lincolnton, Washington & surrounding areas

• This is a Hybrid Field & Shop Role We are hiring a Golf Cart Service Technician to support both in-shop service work and mobile repair operations across a 40-mile service area. This position will involve a combination of shop-based repairs at our Harlem/Skyview locations as well as field service work using a fully equipped 2026 Ford Transit service van.
• What You'll Do
• Diagnose and repair electric and gas golf carts (all makes & models)
• Perform electrical troubleshooting, battery diagnostics (lead-acid & lithium), and mechanical repairs
• Complete 4-8 service calls per day depending on workload and job scope
• Perform both in-shop repairs and on-site service calls
• Use company tablet to manage work orders, update job status, and order parts
• Maintain accurate, real-time CRM-based service records
• Communicate professionally with customers
• Maintain organization and efficiency within shop and service vehicle
• Safely operate company vehicle and tow various trailers as needed
• Maintain and service company rental fleet as required

• Compensation
