ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Perform various cleaning tasks including, but not limited to: Washing dishes using dishwasher. Washing pots and pans in three-compartment sink. Cleaning walls. Sweeping and mopping floors. Bus tables as assigned. Clean and maintain dining room floors, tables, chairs and walls. Sort silverware and stock table supplies. Keep shelves (utensils, vats, etc.) and bussing station organized. Assist with food preparation as required. Assist guests as requested. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Prior food and beverage experience helpful, but not required.

Sensitivity to various cultures, including Native American cultures. Regular attendance and punctuality. Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required. Serve as a credit to Jackpot Junction Casino Hotel and encourage others to do the same.

Mobility throughout the facility. Able to lift up to 100 pounds on a frequent basis. Able to bend, stoop and twist on a frequent basis. Able to stand for extended periods of time.
