Job Description

Overview About Us Tee Times USA is a leading provider of golf travel experiences across the country. Our team works together to deliver a seamless experience for customers from initial inquiry through trip completion. We value efficiency, accountability, and strong customer service in everything we do. We are seeking a Golf Trip Sales Agent to join our team. Someone who enjoys connecting with customers, guiding them through the planning process, and ultimately closing the sale on unforgettable golf vacations. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and inquiries with the goal of closing golf vacation sales Build and customize golf travel packages including tee times, accommodations, and trip details Guide customers through available options while confidently recommending and selling destinations, accommodations, and golf courses Respond to online quote requests and follow up consistently to convert leads into bookings Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the booking process Work with golf courses and hotels to confirm availability and finalize details Utilize internal systems to quote, book, and manage reservations Collaborate with team members and participate in cross-training as needed Qualifications Strong sales mindset with the ability to guide conversations and close bookings Excellent communication skills (phone, email, and online chat) Comfortable handling inbound leads and converting them into revenue Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills (PC, email, internet, and ability to learn new systems quickly) Interest in or knowledge of golf and/or travel is a strong plus What We're Looking For An upbeat, confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport Someone who enjoys helping customers while also achieving sales goals A team player who takes ownership of their pipeline and results We offer Competitive salary commensurate with sales experience Pleasant work environment with an outstanding team Company-matched retirement plan
