• Availability for morning and afternoon shifts (split schedule)
• Valid Drivers' License. CDL with Passenger & School Bus endorsement preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Clean driving record with safety awareness
• Follow directions, routes, and schedules
• Experience in basic maintenance or general repair work
• Level II Background Screening
• Complete DCF training requirements

Summary:

In this role, you will safely operate a 14-passenger bus to transport children to and from local schools while maintaining strict safety standards. During non-driving hours, you will assist with the upkeep and maintenance of our facility, playgrounds, and equipment. Schedule & Benefits

• Safely pick up and drop off students at designated local schools
• Follow all procedures for student boarding and exiting
• Maintain a safe, calm, and orderly bus environment
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Report any mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately Maintenance
• Perform routine daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks
• Maintain playgrounds, classrooms, and outdoor areas
• Conduct basic checks on A/C systems and facility equipment
• Complete small repair projects and general upkeep
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment at all times

Compensation:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
