St. Benedict Catholic School St. Benedict Catholic School is seeking a faith-filled, energetic, and dedicated Grade 4 teacher to teach English Language Arts and Science for the 2026-2027 school year. The ideal candidate will foster academic excellence, support the spiritual growth of students, and create a classroom environment that is engaging, structured, and student-centered. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with faculty and families to support the mission of Catholic education while helping students grow intellectually, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Responsibilities Teach Grade 4 English Language Arts and Science curriculum aligned to Ohio standards Create engaging, differentiated lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners Foster strong reading, writing, critical thinking, and inquiry-based learning skills Maintain a positive, organized, and structured classroom environment Integrate Catholic values and teachings into daily instruction and interactions Utilize assessment data to guide instruction and monitor student progress Communicate regularly and professionally with parents and school staff Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and intervention staff Participate in faculty meetings, school events, and professional development opportunities Support the mission and vision of St. Benedict Catholic School Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Valid Ohio teaching license or ability to obtain licensure Strong classroom management and instructional skills Commitment to Catholic education and student-centered learning Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and families Experience with elementary literacy instruction preferred Interested candidates should submit a resume, cover letter, and references to loriti@stbenedictohio.com Range $39,000.00 — $60,000.00
