- $95 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Master's degree in speech-language pathology (SLP) Master's degree Speech-Language Pathology License Working with individuals with speech impairments Language development (child development components) Full Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required.

Valid credentials as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Experience supporting children in early childhood, elementary, middle, and high school settings Knowledgeable in pediatric speech and language disorders and interventions Comfortable adapting approaches for students across grades Pre-K to 12 Strong communication skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Commitment to culturally responsive and individualized careKey Responsibilities:
Assess and identify students' speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Work closely with educators and other specialists to support inclusive learning environments Provide both direct and consultative services for students across age groups and developmental stages Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as required Engage families in the therapeutic process, offering strategies and support for home and classroom carryover Enjoy the energy of school-based practice while fostering growth and success for diverse learners, from eager kindergartners to driven high school students.
