Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate and professional care to residents. Collaborate with nursing teams to implement care plans. Monitor and document resident health and progress. Support the interdisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes. Adhere to facility policies and state/federal regulations.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Eligibility to sit for NCLEX-RN or

NCLEX-PN

exam. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Dedication to resident-centered care. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
