This position works onsite at the CAMPUS Headquarters in Jonesville, FL. Hours for the position are Monday-Friday, 8-hour schedule between 8 am-6 pm. Role Designs and produces graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media Essential Functions & Responsibilities Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS, while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality Ensures that all marketing and advertising communication, materials, advertisement, and retail spaces are aligned with brand standards Concepts, creates and executes design solutions and collateral used for marketing, advertising, sales, and other forms of communication Coordinates with customers and stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver projects on time and budget Experienced using a variety of design and editing tools and software, such as Adobe Knowledge of color, composition, typography, print and digital design, video and production management Prepare and package layouts and design files to production standards and follow best practices Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree Graphic Design or related field A combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to satisfactorily perform the essential job functions may be substituted Work Experience Experience 0 - 2 years of similar or related experience Other Skills Graphic Design Graphic Design Software Layout Design Motion Graphic Design Video and Image Editing Full-Time Employee Benefits Package Full-time employees are eligible for traditional benefits such as Health Insurance (medical, vision, dental), Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Defined Benefit Pension plan, 401(k) with up to a 5% company match, and Short & Long Term Disability Insurance.
