Dancing Bear Appalachian Bistro is seeking an experienced Grill & Sauté Cook to join our culinary team in a refined, ingredient-driven kitchen rooted in Appalachian heritage and seasonal sourcing . Our menu reflects a commitment to regional flavors, locally sourced ingredients, and thoughtful technique , highlighting the best of what each season has to offer. This is an opportunity for a dedicated cook to contribute to a kitchen that values craftsmanship, discipline, and a strong sense of place. Compensation Starting at $19.00 per hour , with consideration for experience and demonstrated skill About the Role The Grill & Sauté Cook is responsible for executing hot line dishes with precision, consistency, and respect for the ingredients. This role is integral to maintaining the integrity of a menu built around seasonality, quality sourcing, and elevated Appalachian cuisine . You will work alongside a focused culinary team in an environment that emphasizes clean execution, strong fundamentals, and continuous development .
