Grounds and Facilities Manager

SanaView Farms Winery & Cafe is a highly-popular winery and cafe located a few miles from Seven Springs and Hidden Valley resorts in the Laurel Highlands that specializes in Natural Wine made with organic grapes and without additives, chemicals, or sulfites, plus a simple upscale menu of Neapolitan Pizza and Charcuterie Boards. This role is to manage and maintain all property operations and facilities, ensuring our beautiful winery grounds and buildings are properly maintained while supporting our commitment to sustainable, natural practices.

Grounds Maintenance:

Operate and maintain tractors and other farm equipment for property upkeep Mow lawns, trim landscaping, and maintain grounds Manage seasonal property maintenance including snow removal and leaf cleanup Maintain walking paths, parking areas, and outdoor seating spaces Manage and maintain removable patio siding at our winery cafe

Building and Facility Maintenance:

Perform routine building maintenance including basic plumbing repairs (leaky faucets, toilet repairs, pipe maintenance) Handle light electrical work such as fixture replacement, outlet repairs, and basic wiring Execute general carpentry projects including repairs, installations, and improvements Maintain facility systems and ensure proper temperature control for wine storage areas Repair and maintain doors, windows, and structural elements Oversee facility cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas

Buildings and Outbuildings:

Maintain barn, cabins, and other outbuildings on the property Manage utility systems including water, electrical, internet / wifi and heating systems for all structures Coordinate with contractors for major repairs when needed Maintain tools and equipment inventory

General Property Operations:

Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance needs for all buildings Assist with setup for special events and seasonal preparations Maintain security of all property structures and report any issues Manage access and maintenance schedules for cabins and outbuildings

Position Requirements:

Must have transportation and a valid Driver's License Must be able to pass a drug and background test Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including weekends Experience operating tractors and farm equipment Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems General carpentry skills and experience with building repairs
