Job Summary:

The Catering and Conference Services Manager is the primary Resort contact for definite group/catering bookings, with a focus on weddings and social events. This position is for Seven Springs Mountain Resort, and will require an in person presence 2+ days per week.

• -Plan all aspects of bookings and events with a heavy emphasis on weddings and social events style="list-style-type:disc
• -Maximize revenue for all Resort Lines of Business through strong product knowledge and upselling techniques. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Respond to inquiries and bookings as assigned. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Assure timely collection of deposits, including final deposit based on estimated spend. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Securing final payment per contract terms style="list-style-type:disc
• -Reconciling the actual financial results in the Delphi FDC (or OESM) booking per SOP. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Monitor all activity on the Group Master Account. Assure all charges are accurate and approved by the client. style="list-style-type:disc
• -Strive for accurate forecasting throughout the life of the booking based on information shared and historic notes (if available) style="list-style-type:disc
• -Assure risk management policies are followed style="list-style-type:disc
• -Obtain Insurance documents from clients and vendors as required style="list-style-type:disc
• -Adhere to Resort Safety SOPs. style="list-style-type:disc
