Grounds Crew Member

We are looking for a self-motivated, early bird that enjoys the outdoors and has attention for detail. We have a beautiful, rustic 9 hole golf course in the heart of Irish Hills that needs contstant upkeep. We are somewhat flexible with hours and provide a golf-membership, one free golf pass per week (for full-time employees), free fountain drinks during your shift and a discount at our amazing pizzeria for food. This golf course is family owned and operated. We look for staff that will take the same pride in the grounds as we do. This position requires that you come in ready to work, on time and dressed for the outdoors. We need you to take direction, work well with others as well as being able to stay on task if you are working on a project alone. You are required to spend a lot of time edging and pruning as well as using a zero-turn lawn mower and or tractor if you are skilled to do so. Taking out the outside garbages is part of the daily tasks as well as many other tasks related to the upkeep of the course and or clubhouse building. •This job does not have to be seasonal, if you are an excellent employee we will find work for you all year round. We do tubing and sledding in the winter and can also use help in our other company (Irish Hills Print Co.) when the golf course closes for the season• If this all sounds like something that you are interested in, please contact us immediately because positions are limited!
