Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep outdoor areas pristine. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various landscaping projects. Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and regular upkeep to ensure optimal water distribution. Conduct lawn care activities such as fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to promote healthy growth. Support gardening efforts by planting new greenery, mulching beds, and maintaining flower beds. Maintain equipment through routine cleaning and minor repairs to ensure longevity and safety. Collaborate with team members on larger landscaping projects and ensure all work meets quality standards. Experience Prior experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with irrigation systems, lawn care techniques, and the use of hand tools and power tools is a plus. Ability to follow safety procedures when handling equipment and chemicals. Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills. Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
