What You'll Be Doing Respond quickly and professionally to maintenance requests and no task too small or too big Help keep our grounds, buildings, and common areas in top shape Use your skills to troubleshoot and repair systems and equipment Take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion Work both independently and as part of a close-knit team Step in to support your teammates whenever needed Keep track of work orders, repairs, and parts so we stay organized and efficient Maintain high safety standards and follow all company protocols What You Bring to the Table Strong mechanical and hands-on skill, you know how to fix and maintain things Experience with landscaping tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and general outdoor maintenance Comfortable operating 0-turn mowers and other landscaping equipment A mindset that says, "I'll take care of it" instead of "that's not my job" Dependability - you show up on time, ready to work, every day A love of working outdoors and taking pride in the appearance of your surroundings Attention to detail and a drive to make things better than you found them Comfortable working outdoors in the Florida heat, you enjoy being outside and staying active Valid driver's license with a clean record Good communication skills, able to work with teammates and respond to resident needs A great attitude, you're the person people trust to step up, pitch in, and do it right the first time You'll be part of a team that helps keep a community looking its best and running smoothly.
