Group Home Manager Job Description:

This position will be overseeing 2 group homes of 4 clients each. The Manager will be responsible for providing program management and oversight of the services provided in our group homes, ensuring the needs of the persons served are being met in a manner that enables the greatest degree of independence possible. Will also work on the floor caring for clients as needed.

Qualifications:

Location/Experience Requirements:

1) Will be required to visit the homes daily during the week. Office will be in Wanamingo. 2) Must have experience in a leadership and supervising role. Must be professional and have experience working with families and other professionals. Must have work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older. Will be required to fill in shifts as needed. 3) Without the educational requirements for this role, the person will work under another Designated Manager.

Additional Qualifications:

1) Maintain a cleared background study clearance through DHS 2) Maintain medication administration certification provided by Riverview Services 3) Maintain a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record to be insured under our companies insurance policy. 4) Maintain a cell phone for on call rotations. 5) 245D Experience preferred.

$52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
