Growing Technician

Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Growing Technician to support our cultivation operations. This role involves hands-on work in outdoor and greenhouse environments and requires the ability to work independently and stay productive without constant supervision. Position can lead to a career path. No experience required — we will train you. Responsibilities Assist with plant care (watering, feeding, monitoring plant health) Support outdoor and greenhouse cultivation activities Perform trimming, cleaning, and general maintenance tasks Follow all SOPs and compliance procedures Maintain cleanliness and organization of grow areas Assist with harvests and other cultivation tasks as needed Requirements Must be 21 years of age or older Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work outdoors for extended periods, including in heat Must be able to perform physical labor (standing, bending, lifting) Must be dependable, punctual, and responsible Must be able to work independently without constant supervision Preferred Traits Strong work ethic and consistency Self-motivated and proactive Detail-oriented Good time management Ability to follow instructions and SOPs accurately Able to stay focused and avoid distractions during work hours Additional Information This position requires a high level of accountability and independence. The ideal candidate is someone who can take ownership of their responsibilities and maintain productivity throughout their shift.
