Job Summary:

Growth opportunity! Family busiess seaking a reliable individual with two years of spa front desk membership sales leadership experience at a franchise membership-based massage, beauty and/or skincare business. Be available to work a Saturday or Sunday AM or PM shift, plus day and closing shifts during the week. Competitive hourly pay offered plus commissions and bonuses so you can earn up to $24 per hour. Qualifications:

REQUIREMENT - 1

year Experience at Front desk selling

MEMBERSHIPS

in health, beauty or wellness College degree (A.A. or higher) Customer service Self-starter Experience with Zenoti or another spa software Positive, energetic attitude Excellent communication skills On-time, Reliable and a Team Player Roles, Responsibilities and Opportunity to Grow in your job Work 3-5 shifts per week, including a Saturday Shift or a Sunday Shift On-shift responsible for front desk operations Take an active leadership role when the Retreat Director is not present. Positive, energetic attitude Excellent communication skills with management, guests and team members On-time, Reliable and a Team Player Create and maintain positive working relationships with Team members Take pride and accountability in all aspects of your job Coach and Train Team Members to achieve peak performance. Head up outbound calls and texting to members to fill the book of appointments Maintain an environment that is passionate about providing Guest service. Provide excellent customer service in person and on the phone Be a self-starter and complete assigned tasks in a timely order. Lead sales to achieve sales and membership retention goals Lead by example: achieve personal as well as Team sales goals. Create a positive Team environment.
