Hourly/NonExempt Catholic Charities Diocese of Venice, Inc. provides services to people of all races, backgrounds and beliefs. We offer a variety of housing and social service programs to individuals, families and communities across ten counties in Southwest Florida.Job Responsibilities:
Ensures timely provision of case management services to eligible and enrolled participants. The ability to search for and obtain needs for participants. Effective development of a service plan to meet the needs of clients. The ability to efficiently complete all relevant documentation and paperwork for all enrolled participants. Comprehensive recording of service delivery for reporting and compliance purposes. Provide advocacy and hands on services to all program participants. Develop proficiency regarding the use of the agency electronic record system (ClientTrack). The capacity to identify areas of need for participants and complete referrals to other services as needed. Attending and actively participate in community meetings related to the homeless population and housing services. Develop an effective working relationship with relevant agencies throughout the County. Oversee and provide services to a full caseload of enrolled participants. Other duties as assigned. Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelors degree preferred. Bilingual in English/ Spanish required. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well with culturally diverse staff and clients. Must have reliable, adequate and available transportation. The employee must provide a copy of their valid Driver's license. Excellent computer skills, especially with all Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).Similar remote jobs
