Lead, hire, train, and support front desk staff, fostering a customer-first and welcoming environment. Oversee daily front desk operations, including scheduling, payroll, and customer service. Ensure office equipment, supplies, and resources are maintained and readily available. Manage RecTrac procedures, troubleshoot technical issues, and improve operational efficiency. Promote and enforce safety standards to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. Provide excellent customer service, assisting with program registrations, memberships, and general inquiries. Support the District's mission by delivering exceptional guest experiences. Complete additional duties as assigned.What You Bring:
Experience:
Previous experience in customer service, team leadership, or recreational facility management.Skills & Abilities:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, can-do attitude.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with RecTrac is preferred.Hours Standards:
This is a full-time position working approximately 40 hours per week. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours may be adjusted as needed based on operational demands. Occasional evening, weekend, holiday, and extended hours may be required. This position may be required to work beyond 40 hours in certain situations as directed by the RORC Facility Manager.Perks & Benefits:
