What You'll Do Welcome guests with professionalism and positive energy Assist fans with directions, seating, venue information, and event questions Help maintain a safe, organized, and enjoyable event environment Support crowd flow and guest movement throughout the venue Respond to guest concerns quickly and professionally Assist with event setup, signage placement, and operational support Work closely with event staff and venue teams to ensure smooth operations Deliver top-tier customer service while representing the BEST brand What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED preferred Previous customer service, hospitality, or event experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-energy environments Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join BEST?
