$43,236 - $92,359 Position Details Marine City 6-12 Campus is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Guidance Counselor. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students' academic, emotional, and social development. The Guidance Counselor will work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to create a positive school environment that fosters student success and well-being.

QUALIFICATIONS

Valid State of Michigan School Counselor License and/or possess a valid Michigan Teaching Certificate with a secondary School Counselor (NT) endorsement Successful secondary school counseling experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff Knowledge of college and career readiness resources and programs Commitment to student advocacy and promoting a positive school environment Familiarity with mental health resources and crisis intervention strategies
