We continue to invest in the latest technology and take great pride in employing some of the most talented sheet metal mechanics in the area. We are currently seeking an experienced individual to set up and operate Haeger and PEM hardware insertion machines on first shift. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, working with sheet metal components, and using precision inspection tools such as calipers and gauges. Candidate must be detail-oriented and capable of maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Haeger and PEM hardware insertion equipment Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Verify hardware placement and quality using inspection tools Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specifications Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and organized manner Work closely with fabrication and assembly departments to meet production schedules

Qualifications:

Experience with hardware insertion equipment preferred Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings Experience using calipers and basic inspection equipment Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation commensurate with experience.
